Lol. The joke is that you walk into the bathroom and some dude is working under the sink with his ass hanging out. This would be SO much more preferable.
@Ted - Oh yeah, I know the joke and all - I guess I was just thinking about it in too much of a literal sense...about the crack...which in this shot - obviously wouldn't have been in my butt...*gulp*...
I guess that this was a reaction to so much jumping on the bed. Dog tired. Great picture. Love the subtle gradations of this black and white shot, and the pose is so striking. Edward Weston would have been very happy to call this his own, as would I.
@Raymond - Haha! I guess that would stand to reason, wouldn't it? Truth be told though, taking this group was exhausting in its own right - although, for completely different reasons than the bed jumping set. (It's not easy to stuff your body into a cramped space, get into an unnaturally contorted position, and still manage to look like you've been peacefully laying there for a good bit of time!)
And my WORD Raymond, but you do know how to make me BEAM with the wonderful compliments that you give to me!
Wonderful, sexy and seriously sensual photo. Could be your most daring, erotic yet Missy ! Your first responder may be right about this shot ! keep it up, both photos are GREAT!!! keep pushing that 'edge' lady ! patrick
Really awesome shot! I continue to revel in where you're taking your artistry... on the one hand, you get comments like the first one that seem to be based entirely on the bottom of Maslow's pyramid... and that's OK, I think. But what you're doing also resonates further up the pyramid as well. And I think that's where real art resides: not just at any one level, but work that resonates with people all up and down the line. Matter of fact, what Modernist art has lost in recent decades is the very base response from Joe Sixpack. You're getting that, but you're getting higher appreciation as well. You, Lauralyn, are IMO doing what artists should aspire to do.
@Steve - Holy CRAP, Steve...are you serious?! Reading such incredible remarks about my work, literally blows me away!!! And it's interesting that you're saying this to me now, because I've actually been questioning lately, if I rely too heavily on nudity, and eroticism - to dictate the tone of so many of my pics....It felt really good to know that You at least - feel that I'm moving in a positive direction! THANK You!
Beautiful shot. You are soo fit and have amazing lines in this shot. Im about to blow a load to it right now. Keep it up.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous - Hmmmmmmm.........Not exactly sure how to respond to that..........Thank You? I think?
DeleteSo that is the fantasy version of plumbers crack.
ReplyDelete@Ted - Crack?! WHAT crack?!!! (On second thought, I'm not even sure that I want you to answer that...yikes)

ReplyDelete@patrick - There's just something about a cushy hotel room, that well...puts me in a certain, very specific frame of mind...if you know what I mean...
DeleteOh I do indeed know what you mean ! I've done some of my 'best' work in cushy as well as trashy hotel rooms ! :) patrick
DeleteVery erotic and at the same time it is very artistic... I love the shadows. You are a true craftsman (woman)!!!
