This week's Big Ugly Land of Oz Self-Portrait Challenge, had Osmyn and me taking selfpics in public places where we would definitely be spotted by strangers, while we were in the process...
Luckily for me, the very nice new owner of the local XXX store - gave me permission to have at it out on the roadway in front of his establishment...THANK You!!!

DeleteI had been too engrossed in the, um, subject matter to notice small details in this picture. How interesting that the car just appears in the picture? Will it swing into the parking lot or drive on? Will it shop at the store or does the driver have something else in mind?
ReplyDelete@Ted - I had wanted to have moving vehicles in the background of every photo - to prove that I was in fact, taking my selfpics in a place where strangers couldn't help but see me...and although tons of cars and trucks drove past while I was shooting - I had the DAMNdest time actually timing it so the shutter clicked when they were going by...it was eNORmously frustrating!!! Out of like 30 tries, I think I ended up with 3 or four pics only - where vehicles were visible...grrrrrr...
